Contexte
The organization is seeking an expert-level network engineering profile to lead the design, deployment, standardization, and support of a corporate office network infrastructure. The role focuses on ensuring robust, scalable, and highly available network services across enterprise environments, with strong specialization in campus LAN, WLAN, and network authentication services.
Mission
The mission is to design and evolve enterprise network infrastructure, produce the associated architecture and operational documentation, and provide expert-level support for critical and escalated incidents. The role also acts as a subject matter expert to influence architecture standards, promote best practices, and drive network standardization across the organization.
Principales responsabilités
Design, implement, and troubleshoot office LAN/WAN routing and switching environments in medium to large enterprise contexts
Manage the full lifecycle of campus networks, including deployments, hardware refresh, OS upgrades, and patching
Produce high-quality network documentation, including High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), operational procedures, and as-built network diagrams
Provide third-level operational support for critical network issues, with a focus on high availability, performance, incident resolution, and prevention
Handle complex escalated incidents and perform packet-level analysis to diagnose network and application-layer issues
Design and implement enterprise-grade WiFi environments and support complex WLAN deployment models
Contribute to the design and implementation of SD-WAN over diverse underlay networks
Use network monitoring, bandwidth, and performance analysis tools to support operations and continuous improvement
Act as an SME to define standards, promote best practices, and support network standardization across teams
Support automation, backup processes, and REST API integrations through scripting
Guide cross-functional teams through proactive communication and mentorship
