The Opportunity This is not a traditional stakeholder management Product Manager role. We're looking for a builder. Someone who has personally taken products from idea to launch, thrives in ambiguity, talks directly to customers, and moves quickly from insight to execution. You'll join a small but high-impact Product organization and help shape the future of AI-powered workflows across voice intelligence, knowledge management, automation, and emerging agentic technologies. What We're Looking For ✅ Proven experience building and launching products from 0-to-1 ✅ Strong track record of shipping products quickly and iterating based on customer feedback ✅ Experience working directly with users to identify problems and validate solutions ✅ Hands-on collaboration with Engineering and Design throughout the product lifecycle ✅ Strong analytical mindset with clear ownership of metrics and outcomes ✅ Excellent communication skills and structured problem-solving ability ✅ Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership Nice to Have
